What a joy, to follow the way of heart

Whoaaaa ! The Joy.
Whoaaaa ! The Joy.

What a joy, to follow the way of heart,

Shooting stars, and equally simple my part,

Roarers around, but none hinders my path,

When leaves rustle, and fireflies ignite my path,

So what a joy… to follow the way of heart.

Where Our Happiness Lies???

Once a group of 50 people was attending a seminar. Suddenly the speaker stopped and decided to do a group activity. He started giving each one a balloon. Each one was asked to write his/her name on it using a marker pen. Then all the balloons were collected and put in another room. Now these delegates were let in that room and asked to find the balloon which had their name written, within 5 minutes. Everyone was frantically searching for their name, colliding with each other, pushing around others and there was utter chaos. At the end of 5 minutes no one could find their own balloon. Now each one was asked to randomly collect a balloon and give it to the person whose name was written on it.
Within minutes everyone had their own balloon. The speaker said:_47139543_balloon

“Exactly this is happening in our lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all around, not knowing where it is. Our happiness lies in the happiness of other people. Give them their happiness; you will get your own happiness. And this is the purpose of human life”

New Year Resolutions … Why make ’em When you only Break ’em??

I am not actually a person who plans everything according to the time and circumstances.I don’t remember even a single time when my plans went correctly or may be it didn’t even happen for once that I planned the things in the right manner and my plans worked accordingly.

Anyways I was supposed to talk about New Year’s Resolutions.

“I would say happy new year but it’s not happy; it’s exactly the same as last year except colder. ”
Robert Clark

It’s not only me but most of the people here have a usual habit of procrastination. Procrastination has now become more of a lifestyle than just a habit or a code.

If I was to make plans and resolutions then how would it probably end…. It would probably go day by day like this

And at the end I would end up putting things from one year to the other and finally to an eternal tomorrow.

While thinking of the reasons,I have jotted down a few points:

  • The first and the most obvious reason is Laziness. But that’s not the sole reason every time.
  • Secondly being humans we all are unaware of the future, the upcoming events, the challenges that are meant for you.May be there are more important issues and upcoming events than your resolutions.
  • Thirdly your priorities change with time.I hope that explains enough.

So finally a Big NO to New Year Resolutions as I don’t need any specific occasion like this in order to change myself. If a person is determined to change-to improve, he/she doesn’t need such excuses as A New Year.

I believe in Revolutions … Not just a mere Resolution throughout a Whole year. 🙂

Reflections from the Early Childhood

“When we are children we seldom think of the future. This innocence leaves us free to enjoy ourselves as few adults can. The day we fret about the future is the day we leave our childhood behind.”
Patrick Rothfuss

Everybody remembers those Golden times when Fairy tales were a treat and nobody ever has time to think about the future. These memories are like mere reflections penetrated deep inside a person’s sub conscious.

When making paper boats and planes was the only hobby i had

When painting meant just mess and nothing else

When chalking was never an issue

A few embarrassing moments

When my share was only mine and i hated to share

When the cackles and giggles were the only thing heard on the swings

When one page of Homework was the most hectic work of the day

An an injection “The most dreadful Nightmare ever”

Happiness … According to me

“Rain … dew drops …  a sincere and ever loving buddy … a rainbow after several days of rain .. a full moon .. being alone with yourself … writing a new poem .. a horror movie … instant noodles .. a complete sleep .. a satisfied heart .. remembering to pray five times a day … seeing someone properly following the sunnah .. knowing that u r valuable … seeing that my opinion matters … wishing for little things … being happy with what you have .. a ladybird …a beautiful horse ..  a spectacular eagle high in the sky .. a realistic sketch .. late nights on internet … knowing your worth .. realizing that someone knows you even though you don’t say anything … breaking the silence … a right decision made in the past .. realizing that you are actually stronger than you were before … fresh paraatha with half fried egg .. knowing that someone can look into your heart through your eyes”
